Designed to teach essential fall prevention exercises. Strengthen your core and improve your balance using Light-weight resistance training and gentle stretches.
BARRE AND BEYOND:
Functional fluid body weight movements while at the barre. Strength and balance improvements will power you up and continue to improve your overall quality of life.
CHAIR YOGA:
A gentle practice performed while seated and with the aid of a chair. Targets those with physical disabilities or those who cannot easily get on/off the floor.
CORE & STRETCH:
Focused core strengthening workout with deep, dynamic stretches for flexibility and mobility
DANCING THROUGH THE DECADES:
Get ready to move and groove to your favorite dance, movie, or show tunes. No dance experience required only the desire to have a great time while staying active.
GENTLE YOGA:
This alignment-based yoga class, with an emphasis on stability, balance and breath, is suitable for all levels. Increase flexibility, counter stress and cultivate relaxation during every class.
PILATES:
Low intensity strength and stretch class with emphasis on strengthening your core muscles & improving balance, posture and flexibility.
TAI CHI:
Meditation in motion. Tai Chi is an ancient Chinese tradition, and taught today in a slow, focused and graceful manner. A calming sequence of movements accompanied by gentle breath.
TOTAL BODY:
Full Body Strength Training class using variety of props and finishing with a light stretch at the end. Chair based exercises provided if needed.
TRX & MORE
(Total Body Resistance Exercise) Suspension Training exercises to develop strength, balance, flexibility and core strength. Incorporating mobility and stretching drills to develop flexibility.
